It has shown many different advantages and disadvantages. Proper planning is then a critical point when it comes to adapting telecommuting policies and applying them in the Philippine Information Technology Industry. As such, this study attempts to look into the current implementation of telework in 5 different companies from the perspective of its employees and provides a summary of how prepared IT companies in the Philippines are to adopt telecommuting practices.
